Misconduct in Public Office?
As had been predicted by our campaign - since #WaSPI failed to update #50sWomen victims/donors on its @crowdjustice platform for almost 4 months and not until we had requested it via the latter - until just ahead of Summer Recess @HouseofCommons.
We had made the request for the said update, partly, as a result of #WaSPI's misleading leaks in its favoured local newspapers, generating an online furore that had then triggered misleading corrections.
Similarly, at the end of play on the last day @houseofcommons had sat, announcing his retirement, the @PHSOmbudsman, published his Annual Report that excluded his corrected #WaSPI 'Final Report' required by the Court, 4 months earlier.
#WaSPI's response was to announce its own summer recess, leaving victims/donors to further ponder why it and #PHSO and legal advisors in the matter, are still, apparently, looking a gift horse in the mouth - namely, The Judge's Report, wherein is proven both #DirectDiscrimination #Maladministration against ALL #50sWomen.
All said stakeholders had earlier been formally invited to attend settlement talks.
MPs, Mr Stride & Ms Trott apparently fear to acknowledge the existence of The Judge's Report, preferring to respond @houseofcommons saying 'no assessment has been made'.
The Prime Minister and Leader of the House of Commons have, apparently, nothing to add to this undemocratic stance yet profess to be ardent supporters of Women's Rights, Ms Mordaunt promising "never to undermine them.".
Concurrently, each day, over 300 #50sWomen call for settlement talks via our latest petition.
Hundreds of MPs gave signed EDMs 2296, 906, 430 and 1040 in support of #FullRestitution for all #50sWomen - the starting point for settlement talks.
Both UK & International Laws are irrefutably proven as onside ALL #50sWomen
Shadow Minister, Women & Equalities, has yet to respond to The Judge's Report findings about which her colleagues Rt Hon Sir George Howarth MP and @YasminQureshi have written to @meljstride, several times, calling for settlement talks.
@GuyOpperman @mariacaulfield had, sagely, stated earlier that the govt will comply with the Law aka the findings within The Judge's Report.
Lord Geidt stated that such breaches of International Laws are prima facie cases of Misconduct in Public Office.
Still, the difference between that which #50sWomen had planned and what parliamentarians coercively enforced upon them: the meaning of #CradleToGrave has morphed from 'earned benefits' throughout life into *work 'til you drop dead* whilst your property is unfairly kept from you. That.

“In Northern Ireland, a Bill of Rights was promised as a part of the Good Friday Agreement more than 23 years ago, yet this has still not been fulfilled by the UK Government. Women in Northern Ireland have been consistently afforded less human rights protections than their counterparts in the rest of the UK and Ireland, and it is time we had our own Bill of Rights in Northern Ireland where international mechanisms such as CEDAW can be incorporated; particularly as this is something the people of NI already voted overwhelmingly in favour of in 1998. As a devolved nation, we believe a strong Bill of Rights for NI would benefit all citizens, and a Women’s Bill of Rights across the rest of the UK would continue to raise human rights standards and ensure women are able to access and enjoy robust human rights protections. The UK government is the duty bearer for human rights, and they must incorporate CEDAW and other international mechanisms into domestic law, while recognising existing commitments to a Bill of Rights for Northern Ireland through the Good Friday Agreement.”'
