The Hon Dr Jocelynne Scutt AO presided as Judge over the Tribunal in the Summer of this year when 'the examination of the impact of the State Pension age changes on #50sWomen' took place. A legal Opinion on Dr Scutt's Judge's Report fully concurred with it and the Conclusions therein: and noted sympathy for the victims.
