The Hon Dr Jocelynne Scutt AO presided as Judge over the Tribunal in the Summer of this year when 'the examination of the impact of the State Pension age changes on #50sWomen' took place. A legal Opinion on Dr Scutt's Judge's Report fully concurred with it and the Conclusions therein: and noted sympathy for the victims.

On the same day, 'MP of the Year 2022', West Derby's Ian Byrne MP, delivered his Early Day Motion 430 in support of #FullRestitution for all #50sWomen - the sole lawful remedy out of the ratified CEDAW International Treaty.
