Our proposed remedy is an initial lump sum for victims plus additional payments atop of the State Pension, paid over a 5 year period, for those victims whose NICs thus entitle them to compensation, via eg a DWP SP Forecast equal to the sums lost.

Named benefactor(s) should victim pass away during said 5 years.
For example, a victim shows NICs of her SP deferred for 'X' number weeks then the compensation sum would fully reimburse her for those missing weeks.
Temporary Special Measure
Ratified CEDAW entitles victims of Discrimination to Full Restitution.
A Temporary Special Measure [TSM] out of ratified CEDAW is a successful and Erskine May proof Parliamentary mechanism for use in circumstances where Discrimination is found.
Primary Legislation is not changed by the TSM.
